Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to complete any relevant forms and enjoy our complimentary tasting menu.
You can relax in our serene space before your experienced skin and spa therapist takes you through for your treatment. All treatments begin with a consultation, to ensure your experience is customised to suit the needs of your mind, body and skin. Our space is designed to induce calm, allowing you to take time to relax, rejuvenate and revitalise.
If you have any injuries, or skin conditions please let us know to ensure your treatment is tailored accordingly.
If you are feeling unwell leading up to or on the day of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule to protect our staff and other guests during this time. If you have been in close contact with anyone that has COVID-19 we will require you to avoid coming to the spa and please reschedule.
We recommend that you arrive in comfortable clothes so that when your treatment is complete, you can leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
An Aesthete Gift Voucher is the ultimate gift to show someone you care. You can select a treatment from our menu or simply a dollar amount so the recipient can choose their own spa experience.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You will be sent a sms reminder at 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee.
Aesthete Sunshine Coast is an 18+ venue. We understand that many of our clients may have children, however, to ensure the enjoyment and relaxation of all guests we do not permit children at Aesthete Sunshine Coast.
